Accounting Staff
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Checking the inventory and sales data on the accounting system with the physical data of the Account Receivable team.
- Checking the product purchases daily report compare with the show-up customers.
- Checking the show-up customer based on Telemarketing team data.
- Processing the invoices for the Bank interest which billed to companies.
- Checking inventory both daily and monthly between application systems and data from warehouse.
- Communicate, coordinate and follow up on issues that arise related to inventory data and sales.
- Checking the accuracy data on the accounting software system.
- Regularly check warehouse and store inventory.
- Performing the administration related to accounting documents.
- Generate reports required by Management.
