Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyze the company’s compliance with applicable laws in all aspects
- Review contracts, agreements, terms and conditions, and other legal documents used by the company
- Formulate and update compliance and audit policies and procedures (e.g., AML policy, KYC policy)
- Carry out KYC procedures in accordance with applicable policies
- Monitor the updating of client profiles and their transaction profiles
- Identify and monitor of clients/users deemed to have high risk
- Provide account opening approval based on screening of KYC documents to low-risk clients
- Ensuring KYC and CDD procedures are carried out in accordance with applicable policies
- Develop and implement company and client risk assessments and action plans
- Perform regular and strict audits in accordance with the company policies and regulating bodies
- Review the Suspicious Financial Transaction Findings Report with the Banking Division
- Obliged to protect data and information related to customers, systems and everything related to the company
- Provide input and suggestions according to their respective fields, for the development and progress of the company
- Other ad hoc tasks to be assigned
