Deskripsi & Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
Min 5 years experience in Sales. Has experienced in Used Car business, especially C2B & D2D Marketplace
Experience in the Sales trading, especially C2B & D2D
Age maximum 35 years old
In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
Strong working knowledge of the company’s products, competitive products, and the market.
Excellent negotiation especially with UCD, leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Experience in the used car industry
Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
